Many talk about stress and the lacking joy of life. To see things humorously is something most of us can only laugh about.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could walk through life more cheerfully?
This is where my workshop sets in.

Humour is a question of internal attitude. Using playful examples from the realms of dance, theater and clowning you will quickly see where you can find your humor. In this workshop you will get to know yourself. You will also learn how the contents can be applied in various situations of life.

Meeting humour humorously.

Relaxing with meditative sounds and short trips into the world of QiGong, pilates and yoga help to create the prerequisites to be more relaxed and humorous.
